Three on every run: Anthropic Claude (sonnet-4.5), OpenAI GPT (4o), and Perplexity sonar. We call API-tier endpoints, not the free chat surfaces — so the responses are reproducible and your prompts are never used to train a model.

The underlying models update on the provider's cadence — typically every 3–9 months. What changes faster is the retrieval layer: Perplexity reads the live web, ChatGPT browses on demand. Weekly tracking re-runs your audit every Monday and shows only the diff, so you see updates the moment they land.

No. We use the API-tier endpoints for Claude, GPT, and Perplexity — these have a contractual no-training default for all three providers. Your prompts, your brand data, and the responses we record stay between you and the provider.

Yes — on the agency tier. The standard plan tracks one brand and up to 4 competitors. Agency tier unlocks unlimited brands inside a team workspace, with per-seat pricing (3 / 5 / 10).

Yes — on the agency tier. Upload a logo, set a brand color, and the generated PDF uses your branding on the cover and headers. The rest of the report stays on the system palette so a wild override can't destroy legibility.

Weekly tracking and agency tier are month-to-month — cancel from the billing page, keep access through the end of your current period. Deep audit is one-time; no subscription to cancel.

Yes. Emails are masked in our application logs (e.g. y••@example.com). We do not sell or share email addresses. EU customers can request export or deletion at any time — see the privacy page for the full DPA.
